ISTC has released new information.
The Idaho State Tax Commission has extended the due date of any income tax estimated payments that are normally due April 15 to June 15, including fiscal year filers . This change doesn't include any trust fund, sales, payroll withholding, pass-through withholding or fuels taxes.
As noted in earlier ISCPA communications, the June 15 date does not coincide with the federal filing in consideration of the State’s fiscal year-end and balanced budget constitutional requirement.
