Laura Lantz

Executive Director and CEO

Laura joined ISCPA in June of 2017.  She oversees all Society activities, Board of Directors issues, the Code of Ethics, regulatory & legislative issues, AICPA & coordination with other related organizations.

Tracy Poe

Finance and Peer Review Director 

Tracy administers the ISCPA Peer Review Program and the  AICPA Peer Review Program for Idaho. She handles the Society finance operations, including billing, board fiscal coordination, as well as general office management.

Gwynne Lethcoe

Professional Education and Member Services Director

Gwynne directs and coordinates the Society's Continuing Professional Education (CPE) live and web-based programs.  She assists members/firms with group reservations, specialized training, speaker services and CPE audits. She facilitates member communications through email correspondence, the website design and the monthly "Adjusting Entry" newsletter.

Alayna Perry

Member Services and Administrative Support

Alayna is usually the first person you talk with on the phone. She works with members to help them with any issues and can connect them with the appropriate Director if needed. You may also meet Alayna at CPE classes, as she often is helping run the webinar services.

The Idaho Society of CPAs was established in 1918 with the mission to bring together the Certified Public Accountants in Idaho to maintain and elevate the standards of proficiency and integrity of the accounting profession. Membership has grown from the original eight founders to approximately 1,400 members, including Certified Public Accountants representing public accounting practice, business and industry, governmental entities and educational institutions.
