TEST Your Computer

The Meeting Connection Diagnostic will test your computer for the supported version of the Flash player, a clear connection to Adobe Acrobat Connect, bandwidth availability, and the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Connect add-in.

    • Minimum System Requirements
      • A PC or Mac (Windows XP or later; Mac OS 10.x)
      • A strong internet connection - dial up will NOT work
      • Speakers
      • Adobe Flash Player version 9 or higher
    • If you experience buffering:
      • Disable your pop-up blockers
      • Close programs you are running simultaneously that might compete for bandwidth
    • This program needs Flash to work
      • If you log into the meeting room and have no sound, you may need to enable Flash
      • Go to the main meeting page - DO NOT log in
      • To the left of the web address, click the Lock Icon or Info Icon
      • At the bottom, click Site Settings
      • In the new tab, to the right of "Flash" click Allow
      • Go back to the site and reload the page
