Laura Lantz

Laura Lantz joined the Idaho Society of CPAs in June of 2017. After five years, she is still thrilled with her job and the impact it makes with CPAs, their clients, at the legislature and with students -  and she's even more inspired by the impact the Society can make into the future.

"Relationships are the key to everything, both personal and professional, so having a good core group of peers is essential," stated Lantz. Laura dedicates herself to fostering an environment at the Idaho Society of CPAs where professionals can network, learn, and engage with each other.

Laura is proud to be part of small, but mighty team of three at the CPA Society, where she serves as Executive Director. She oversees Society activities, Board of Directors issues, the Code of Ethics, regulatory & legislative issues, AICPA & coordination with other related organizations. She handles the new member recruitment and outreach, so student education is a big part of her duties.

Laura has a Journalism Radio-Television degree, with a marketing minor, so communication and working with people has always been her love, and luckily for her, she's made it her profession. Laura was just named as one of Idaho Business Review's 2022 Top 50 Women of the Year.
