David Nichols
David Nichols has worked for 30 years in teaching, training, and human resources; helping organizations with leadership development, change management, communication skills, hiring and talent management, and culture change. He is passionate about helping teams work through conflict and become more productive through better communication and planning. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies, small business start-ups, not-for-profit education programs, and for state government. David has designed and delivered national training programs and is an adjunct faculty for Boise State University. He has a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master's degree in Counseling from Idaho State University.
Ashley Nichols
/>Ashley Nichols is the Director of the Conflict Management Program at Boise State University. After stumbling into the world of Conflict Management over a decade ago, Ashley has been honing her passion for effective communication, emotional intelligence, and dealing with conflict more productively. Through her education and professional career, Ashley has witnessed the importance of learning and utilizing effective tools for managing the day-to-day conflict in our lives. She has a B.A. in Sociology from Boise State University and a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University.
