Duncan Will
Duncan B. Will, CPA/ABV/CFF, CFE — Loss Prevention Manager / Accounting & Auditing Specialist
Mr. Will leverages his more than 30 years of experience in accounting, including public accounting, forensic accounting, consulting, and audit and tax compliance, to deliver to policyholders the high-touch, high-quality CAMICO experience. He works closely with the Loss Prevention Specialists to manage the department's efforts to deliver policyholder service. Will's specialties are accounting and auditing and business valuation-related risk management. He advises policyholders through the CAMICO Loss Prevention Hotline, speaks to CPA groups, and writes articles on a wide range of topics. Topics of particular interest include complying with the AICPA's Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services, doubts about an entity's ability to continue as a going concern, cyber-security, and serving clients in the cannabis industry.
Will began his accounting career in 1979 as a staff accountant in the Washington, D.C. area and spent most of his public accounting career in California and Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Maryland and is Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics. A Certified Fraud Examiner, Will is an active member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners; has supplemented his education with college courses at the University of Baltimore, Golden Gate University, and Florida Atlantic University; and welcomes opportunities to expand his knowledge over a broad spectrum of accounting-related curricula.
Michael Patrick
Michael Patrick is a senior wealth advisor with a long history of helping clients navigate to their dreams and financial future. After serving 22 years in the US Military and 19 years as a wealth advisor, he brings a unique set of skills to guide his clients to their future.
Michael has helped clients at Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and MassMutual and has helped them weather several economic cycles. Michael always says it's about the journey not the destination. In other words, life has many paths and how you travel those paths will affect how happy you are and how satisfied you'll be with your future.
Michael is married to Kerrie and have a married daughter and one granddaughter who also live in the area.
Michael is active with Wyakin Warriors, helping veterans negotiate from military service, through higher education and transition to the civilian work force.
Tom Kirkham
Tom Kirham, founder and CEO of IronTech Security provides cybersecurity defense systems and focuses on educating and encouraging organizations to establish a security-first environment with cybersecurity training programs for all workers to prevent successful attacks. Kirkham brings more than three decades of software design, network administration, computer security, and cybersecurity knowledge to organizations around the country.
Liz Barentzen
Liz Barentzen is the Vice President, Operations and Talent Initiatives at the Center for Audit Quality, where she oversees day-to-day and long-term strategic operations, as well as leads and advances strategic profession-wide initiatives to attract and retain talent.
Previously, Barentzen was the Chief Culture Officer at Sol Systems LLC, a national solar finance, investment and development firm. In that role she worked to drive organizational effectiveness and helped manage change through a rapid period of growth, while overseeing all recruitment, learning, and retention initiatives. Prior to Sol Systems, Barentzen was the Director of Workforce Relations at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, where she served as strategic and legal counsel to management and oversaw training and development, HRIS, benefits, total rewards, HR administration, performance management, and internal investigations.
Barentzen has 20 years of experience in Human Capital and is an Associate Certified Coach through the Georgetown Leadership Coaching program. A member of the New York Bar, she holds a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a BA in psychology from New York University.
Eric Oliver
Erik Oliver holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Westminster College. Prior to joining Cost Segregation Authority, Erik was an Operations Manager for a multi-million dollar landscaping and design firm in Long Island, NY. Since heading west and joining CSA, Erik has been speaking at local, regional, and national events as well as appearing on nationally known podcasts. He brings with him a passion for identifying cost savings and educating CPA's and commercial real estate owners on the benefits of cost segregation.
Tracey Walker
Tracey Walker is the Chief Culture, Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) Officer for RSM US LLP.
Culture Diversity and Inclusion Experience
As principal within the $3B RSM enterprise, Tracey Walker serves as Chief Culture Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) Officer. She designs RSM's national diversity, equity and inclusion programming, policy and enterprise-wide strategy, creating a culture of inclusion for the 15,000 domestic employees across 90 offices in the US and Canada. She also supports the cultural effectiveness efforts of RSM International. Tracey leads the firms governing C-suite Inclusion and Employee Network Councils, as well as the12 Employee Network Groups (ENGs) talent program. She defines enterprise-level inclusion and equity principles of action with focus on organizational behavior, integrated operations, inclusive experiential learning, productivity and professional development. Tracey leads a team focused on outcomes for underrepresented minorities, gender diversity and supplier diversity missions. She leads corporate partnership with and sponsorship of diverse professional organizations and drives community impact via the CDI Impact Fund.
Tracey is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) subject-matter expert and leads DE&I advisory services for RSM clients delivering inclusion compliance, DE&I training implementation and infrastructure strategy. She presents lectures for business schools and trade organizations such as Indiana University Kelley School of Business, UMass Isenberg among others; American Apparel and Fashion Association (AAFA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), as well as RSM International conferences in Berlin and Beijing. She is certified in Diversity and Inclusion as an Advanced Practitioner from the Cornell University School of Industrial and labor Relations (ILR) and completed her graduate work with honors at the Harvard Business School in Organizational Behavior.

Tracey was named among the 50 Most Powerful Women in Accounting (2021) and the 100 Most Influential Women in Diversity and Inclusion (2020) by Diversity MBA. She was appointed Founding Chair of the Council for the Advancement of Women by the AGA - Association of Government Accountants (2020) and received the AGA President's Award (2021). She was named to the Top 50 Elite Executives in Diversity and Inclusion (2018). She received the Women Leaders in Consulting award from Consulting Magazine (2017). She serves on the Inclusion Task Force for the Greater Washington Board of Trade, the board of Howard University Center for Accounting Education (CAE) and is Past Chair of the Urban League Board of Directors, Tracey has received and numerous honors and recognitions for distinguished Leadership and charitable board service throughout her career.
Prior Role and Experience
Previously, as the firm's Federal Financial Services Sector Leader, Tracey led specialized financial advisory teams of experts to address the complex technical needs of federal agency clients in lending, compliance, financial management and reporting, risk and technology. Tracey has 20 years of federal and state government solution and legislative affairs experience. She is the firm's registered corporate representative before state legislatures, federal agencies and Congressional lawmaking officials. She began her career as corporate representative before the Illinois and New York State legislatures on Intellectual Property, Franchise Law and Education matters.
Timothy Vavla
Finance and Operations Professional providing leadership, delivering execution and conducting business with the highest integrity. Over 20 years of experience in the technology industry in both small and large business settings with a focus on software applications, web-based services and data analytics.

Colleen Rozillis
Colleen is a partner with Moss Adams, from the Greater Seattle area.
Since 2005, Colleen has advised organizations to improve organizational and program operations and efficiency, facilitate strategic leadership and planning, and cultivate more effective governance. She works collaboratively with clients to understand their goals and objectives and define organizational and programmatic changes to better equip and position them to achieve those goals. Colleen serves as the firm's public sector, not-for-profit, and tribal consulting industry group leader and leads ESG consulting for the firm.
Jessie Lenhardt
Jessie Lenhardt is based out of Portland, Oregon, United States and works at Moss Adams as Marketing Senior- Consulting & EBP.
Jessie has worked as a consultant across several industries including tribal and local government, construction, not-for-profit, higher education, health care, and technology. Jessie's experience includes ESG strategy and governance, strategic planning, organizational assessments, policy development, and process improvements. She has a specialized interest in change management initiatives and strategic communication.
