John Ashby
John Ashby is a partner in the firm’s employment and litigation groups. John represents employers in administrative proceedings and litigation involving claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, and fair labor standard practices. He also advises employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws and conducts management training in a variety of employment-related topics. He has represented clients in a broad range of litigation in state and federal courts throughout Idaho and before the Idaho Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
