Bradlee Frazer

Boise, Idaho native Brad Frazer has been Deputy General Counsel to several high-tech Internet and computer companies, where his practice areas included technology and software licensing, copyright law, trademark and domain name law, patent counseling, Internet and e-commerce law, computer law and related transactional work and litigation. He is currently a partner at Boise-based Hawley Troxell LLP, where he is a member of the firm’s Emerging Business and Venture Capital Practice Group. Brad is a 1985 cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University (Provo) and a 1988 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he earned a position on the College’s law review. After law school, he received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah. Brad’s debut novel The Cure: A Thriller was published last year by NYC-based Diversion Books and the sequel, The Cure: Immortal, is a work-in-progress.
