    Cynthia Adrian

    Cynthia has been with the Idaho State Tax Commission for twelve years, starting as an auditor with the Tax Discovery Bureau, then moving to Income Tax Audit, Multistate Income Tax Audit, and finally finding a home in Tax Research.

    Cynthia is a graduate of Boise State University having earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting.

    Cynthia has provided income tax presentations to numerous groups including the Idaho Society of CPAs and also the Idaho State Legislature.

    Nick Thiros

    Nick Thiros is the Field Representative for the IDeal – Idaho College Savings Program. His keen understanding of 529 plans in general, and IDeal in particular, make him a valuable resource for spreading the word about saving now so students of any age can have a brighter tomorrow.

    Nick is an Idaho Falls native and brings his financial background experience and love for education to help Idaho residents learn more about planning and saving for higher education.

    Nick has been in the financial industry since 2012, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and his earned his FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Colorado State University – Pueblo and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boise State University.

    Dawn Baltadonis

    Dawn Baltadonis is the Idaho Local Taxpayer Advocate for the Boise Taxpayer Advocate Service office.

    Dawn has been with TAS and the IRS for about 15 months now.

    Previous to TAS she worked as a Tax Audit Manager for the Tax Discovery Bureau (TDB) at the Idaho State Tax Commission for thirteen years; working her way through various TDB units, bureau re-organizations and standing up the Fraud & Criminal Investigations Unit before accepting her assignment with TAS.

    Chris Barry

    Chris Barry is currently the interim Division Administrator of the Revenue Operations Division of the Idaho State Tax Commission.

    He truly began his Tax Commission career in the basement. He started as the supervisor of the unit that opens the mail and processes payments. He eventually supervised all units within the bureau. He has been the Bureau Chief of the Central Processing Bureau for over 21 years.

    Chris is a licensed CPA and is a member of the Idaho Society of CPAs. He Received his MBA from Boise State University. He is also a Certified Data Manager and a Certified Public Manager.
