Seminar Description:  Designed as a practical "next-step" training for the accountant who has one or more tax seasons' experience and is expected to accept additional responsibility and work on more complex assignments, this course introduces the participant to intermediate level tax issues and preparation of business returns. The program also includes instruction on efficient research techniques and basic tax planning principles.
