1st Annual ISCPA Community Service Day

The ISCPA Board of Directors has declared September 19, 2013, as ISCPA Community Service Day. It is their hope that all member firms, companies and organizations will participate in some type of volunteerism within their community on this day.

Please note that if September 19th doesn't work for your firm, ISCPA still wants to know what you are up to in your Communities. We realize that a single day can be difficult - so shoot for the month of September and keep us posted!

Studies show that company volunteering can bolster team spirit among participating employees and increase company morale. In addition, studies have shown that companies that participate in service days or more formal volunteer programs are likely to have lower turnover rates because employees see community service as an attractive company benefit.
